To save an image, click the thumbnail you want--
Right-click on the full size image, and Save Picture As in desired folder.
To save as a Desktop background, right-click and "Set as Background"--
change your setting to "Tile" clicking your windows Start, Settings, Control Panel, Display, then select the Background tab --from the Display: menu, select Tile.
